Question:
With the change of seasons, my allergies are killing me.   What can I do to avoid going to the doctor?
 

Answer:  
With the changing seasons, and issues with allergies or sinus problems, I recommend an Ear Candling treatment every time the seasons change.   Another very helpful treatment is using peppermint essential oil. Simply put a drop underneath the nostrils to help with sinus pressure, and also along the forehead, make sure to use with carrier oil, such as safflower Oil, since peppermint alone is very strong and can sometimes have a burning sensation on sensitive skin.  I also like using steam, infused with Eucalyptus, peppermint, and oregano oils, just a drop or 2 of each.  Simply breathe in the steam. You should be feeling tons better soon.

Remember there are always healthy alternatives. We have so many wonderful things available to us to stay well and healthy.  Try ear candling and/or peppermint oil soon!  These services may be added to a massage, giving you the ultimate allergy relief and relaxation!
