Special Promotions: For online reservation of limited-time special offers, please reserve the qualifying treatment(s) for your spa visit, and note in the "Client Request" section "monthly special". Please mention that you have reserved the monthly special when you arrive at our facility for your appointment to guarantee discounts and extra offers are included with your services.

Payments: Booking requires a 50% deposit at the time of reservation.  Online reservations are made only with a credit card. If you are using a gift certificate, account balance, or member credit, phone The Spa for voice-to-voice reservations.  If you will be using a Spa Gift Certificate, bring a printed paper copy to avoid a printing fee. If you fail to offer proper notice of cancellation or fail to show for the reserved appointment, your form of deposit will be charged 50% of the reserved treatment price as a no-show fee for the service(s) missed.  In the event you are unable to arrive for your reservation, proper notice will leave your deposit in place for your next visit if you are using a gift certificate, account balance, or member credit.  If a credit card was used to secure your reservation, full credit will be refunded to your form of credit card deposit upon your request, with proper notice of cancellation.  For safety and security, The Spa is no longer able to retrieve your credit card information for voice-to-voice reservations or check-out.   

Arrive 15 Minutes Before your appointment time: Massage, Facial, Body Therapies.  Late arrival will result in shortened treatment time, with full pay. 

Arrive 5 Minutes Before your appointment time: Waxing, Spray Tans, Teeth Whitening, and Nail Treatments to ensure we are able to complete your treatment.

Spa Amenities:

Use of Sauna, Steam Bath, and Relaxation Lounge with Refreshment Station are included with your visit for Massage, Facial, and Body Therapies priced $80 or more. Arrive early to enjoy these Spa Amenities before your service if selecting the latest available treatment time. Earliest check-in times will be 15 minutes before The Spa opens for the day.
